What is TheraSummit® Specialisms?
TheraSummit® Specialisms 2026 is a free online event for therapists, counsellors, psychologists and helping professionals exploring the many paths to expertise in therapy.
From 22-25 September 2026, therapists from around the world will come together to learn from specialists working across different client groups, modalities and areas of practice.
The summit is designed to help therapists broaden their perspectives, improve accessibility, deepen their expertise and discover new ways to support their clients and careers.
Throughout the week, presenters will share not only what they know, but how they came to specialise, what they have learned along the way, and how their specialist knowledge can benefit therapists and clients alike.

Who Hosts TheraSummit®?
If we haven't met yet, I'm Tamara Howell—a therapist in private practice, course creator, paperwork enthusiast, community builder, and the founder of TheraBundle® and TheraSummit®.
What began as a collaborative project to support therapists has grown into a professional community that brings together practitioners from a wide range of backgrounds, specialisms, countries and career stages.
My goal has always been to create opportunities for therapists to learn from one another, build sustainable careers, and access high-quality professional development in a way that feels inclusive, practical and community-focused.
Our Commitment to Accessibility & Inclusion
We believe that therapists, and the clients they serve, benefit when a wider range of voices, experiences and perspectives are represented.
Accessibility and inclusion are ongoing commitments that influence every aspect of our events—from speaker recruitment and topic selection to pricing, delivery and community engagement.
We actively seek to feature diverse speakers, highlight under-represented perspectives, and create learning opportunities that are accessible to therapists from different backgrounds, locations and stages of career. We are committed to continuous learning and improvement, recognising that accessibility is not a destination but an ongoing process.
Our Commitment to Continuous Improvement
We regularly gather feedback from attendees, contributors, speakers and sponsors and use that feedback to improve future events.
Each year, we look for ways to strengthen the attendee experience, increase accessibility, improve representation and create more opportunities for meaningful connection within the profession.
TheraSummit® Specialisms 2026 has been designed to help therapists learn from specialists working across a wide range of communities, modalities and approaches, while encouraging conversations that ultimately improve accessibility, professional practice and client care across the profession.

Our 2026 Headline Sponsor • Proudly supporting TheraSummit® 2026 • Zanda
Zanda is an all-in-one practice management platform designed to take the busy work off your plate, giving you more time and energy for what matters most — whether that’s focusing on clients, growing your practice or simply finishing your day on time.
Built by practitioners, for practitioners, Zanda began when psychologist Damien Adler and his wife opened their own private psychology practice and found that existing systems weren’t meeting the realities of running a practice.
Today, Zanda brings scheduling, online bookings, client communication, clinical notes, telehealth, billing, forms, automation and more together in one intuitive platform, with tools specifically designed to support behavioural health practitioners.
